His responsibilities include overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of resources and supplies, as well as managing transportation and fleet operations. He is currently the Group Chief Executive and Shareholder of the Rising Group of Companies, which includes Rising Petroleum (Petroleum Supply, Petroleum Infrastructure including Storage Facilities and Pipeline, and Energy Projects), RP Energy Fund, African Seas Freight Forwarders (Shipping and Freight Forwarding), Microbe-Bio (Fertilizer), The Top Property Group (Property Acquisition, Sales, and Rentals), The SPH Group (Infrastructure Project Development), Ice Blue Group (Agriculture), and Rising Mines (Gold, Copper, and Other Commodities). Mr. Pather is an accomplished business executive who brings a substantial wealth of knowledge and experience to the WJ Mudolo Foundation, considering his extensive background in multiple disciplines. Mr. Pather’s passion for learning has also driven him to pursue studies in the fields of commercial law, accounting, psychology, industrial sociology, procurement, logistics, and administration, further solidifying his standing as a leader in the business community. He is currently pursuing a doctorate programme (PhD) as he believes that learning never ends and he further states that all of life’s accomplishments are meaningless if we fail to remain humble.
